| CAP - Carlow Accelerated Program |
| In 1988, the Carlow Accelerated Program (CAP) began offering evening classes Monday through Thursday. CAP sessions meet one evening every week for eight consecutive weeks. Five CAP sessions are scheduled each year starting in January, March, May, August, and October. |
| WEC - Carlow Weekend College |
| In 1978, Carlow went where few institutions of higher education had gone - accelerated classes especially designed for working adults. Carlow Weekend College classes meet every other weekend (eight class sessions) over a 16-week period. WEC classes meet on Friday evenings, Saturdays (morning or afternoon), or Sundays. Three WEC sessions are offered during each year, starting in January, May, and August. |
| Online Courses |
| The Adult Degree Center offers many courses in Carlow's online learning community. Through the use of Blackboard, and E-learning hub utilized by many colleges and universities around the country, students may take courses at a distance in a consistent, user-friendly virtual community. |
| Evening Program (Traditional 15-week semester) |
| Students who are interested in completing a bachelor's degree in social work or education now have the option of evening classes. |
| Regular Day Program (Traditional 15-week semester) |
| Adult students are welcome to attend daytime classes at Carlow University. Carlow's diverse student population welcomes students of any age. The Adult Degree Center serves adults whose preferred majors may be offered in accelerated formats or who have jobs preventing them from attending evening and weekend classes. At Carlow University, you can choose from more than 40 majors. |
